Andrew Grant is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and has been a member of its global board for 12 years. He established the company’s presence in New Zealand in 1998, led the firm in greater China and, until recently, led its global public sector practice.
Andrew is a member of the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council, and he serves on the University of Auckland’s Centre for Science in Policy, Diplomacy and Society, School of Engineering Advisory Boards and was a member of the University’s Campaign For All Our Futures board.
After completing his engineering degree Andrew was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship to the University of Oxford, where he received a masters degree with first class honours in politics, philosophy, and economics. Andrew’s current focus is helping public sector clients solve their most pressing strategic challenges, especially those related to economic development, health care and infrastructure.
